Other Information

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from 4pm - 8pm. (Other times can be arranged).We would be grateful if you could advise us of your estimated time of arrival.

On check-out, departure is by 10 am.

Deposits of one third of the total Guest Price can be paid by most major  credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.

We recommend Travel insurance that will cover you for your deposit and  the cost of the holiday and for UK based holidays.

*The suites are perfectly suited for up to 2 adults, but not for children (we regret we do not cater for children under 18 years of age)

* We are also unable to accommodate pets.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation less than 31 days prior to the date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 66% of the accommodation price unless we are able to resell the room. Cancellation less than 24hrs or no show will result in full
payment of the reservation. Only written cancellation can be accepted. 

We advise guests to take an insurance against cancellation.


Had a wonderful time in Porthleven made all the better by Sandy & Russel at An Mordros Hotel, which means sound of the sea in Cornish. You can definitely hear the sea when you open the windows.
Superb views of the harbour.
